Bacon, Ham & Cheese English Muffin
This fix is protein-packed and morning-friendly. With a short-five minute preparation, you’ll be able to enjoy your breakfast and still have time to shower!
1 English Muffin
1 Slice Bacon
1 Slice Cheese
2 oz. Sliced Ham
First, halve your English Muffin and place it in your toaster on a medium-low setting. It's smaller and needs less time than toast.
Meanwhile, heat your frying pan to a medium-high heat.
Start cooking the Bacon—when it nears completion, add the Ham to the frying pan. The Ham will absorb some of the bacon's yummy flavor. Remember, the Ham is already cooked so it only needs to be heated.
Remove your English Muffin from the toaster and place it on a plate.
Pile on the Ham, then the Cheese, then the Bacon. Centering the cheese in between the hot meats will help it to melt.
Eat while hot. Wrap it in a paper-towel and eat it on your way out-the-door. No eggs = no mess!
