Basic Sandwich Roll Ups
Lunch meat sandwiches are great, but get so boring when you eat them often. Switch it up with this fantasic low-carb lunch combination. These roll ups are just as easy to prepare as a sandwich, and are add variety to your typcial lunch menu!
4 pieces Lunch Meat (Turkey, Ham, Bologna, etc.)
2-3 tsp. Sour Cream
4 oz. Cheese (sliced or shredded)
First, place the tortilla on a microwave safe plate, and microwave for 5-10 seconds to slightly soften it.
Next, spread 2 tsp. sour cream evenly across the hot tortilla surface.
Pile on the lunch meat on top of sour cream.
If desired, spread the remaining 1 tsp. sour cream on top of the meat.
Add the cheese, to the wrap, on the top of the meat.
Finally, roll the tortilla into a proper log-style wrap. Use a sharp knife to carefully cut the wrap into 1-inch-thick slices. Plate and enjoy!
