A perfectly delicious (and secretly lazy) appetizer to serve your guests!


  • 1 Loaf of French Baguette Bread

  • 4 Ounces of Small Curd Cottage Cheese

  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice the bread into quarter inch thick slices. Place the slices directly on to the oven rack. They will begin slowly toasting.

  2. Let toast for 3 to 5 minutes until the bread is thoroughly toasted.

  3. Place a small spoonful of cottage cheese on each slice of baguette. Season with a small amount of pepper and salt.

  4. Arrange neatly on a plate and serve! Your guest will be delightfully impressed.
