Easy Artisan Pizza, 3.5 out of 5 based on 11 ratings Print Recipe

Love homemade pizza, but don’t always have time to make it from scratch? This Easy Artisan Pizza is great for the busy college student. It is a simple, tasty and quick meal that takes no longer than 20 minutes to prepare. Creatively alter the recipe by adding your own favorite pizza toppings!

  • 1 Italian Artisan Pizza Crust

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Pizza, Italian or Mozzarella)

  • 1 package Pizza Squeeze Sauce (or 1 16 oz. jar Pizza/Pasta Sauce)

  • Topping Suggestions: Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, Italian Seasoning

  1. First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Place the Artisan Pizza Crust onto an un-greased cookie sheet.

  3. Squeeze about half of the Pizza Squeeze Sauce package onto the pizza crust, and use a spoon to spread it evenly covering the entire pizza. If using sauce out of a jar, gently pour about ⅓ - ½ of the jar onto the crust, and spread.

  4. Sprinkle about 1 cup of cheese evenly onto the pizza, making sure all areas are covered.

  5. Now, apply your favorite additional pizza toppings (or whichever you have in stock) such as pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomatoes or Italian seasoning.

  6. Once fully topped and prepared, place the pizza into the oven and bake for 12 minutes.

  7. After 12 minutes, check the pizza and ensure that the cheese has melted and the crust has sufficiently browned. Remove pizza from oven and let sit for five minutes to allow the cheese to settle (this is important!).

  8. Cut into six pieces using a pizza cutter if you have one; if not, carefully use a knife. Serve & enjoy! This recipe serves 2-3 people.
