This delicious quick-fix converts your bland pasta into a magical meal. Ceviche is packed full of flavor- buy it pre-made and there’s little work to be done on your end. Nobody will suspect that this impressive dish came from just three ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Fettuccine Noodles (About 1/4 lb. noodles per serving)

  • 1 jar (16 oz.) Alfredo Sauce

  • 1 lb Ceviche, purchased from the deli or butcher counter at your grocery store

Directions

  1. Boil the fettuccine noodles as directed by the box's instructions.

  2. While the pasta cooks, combine the Alfredo Sauce & Ceviche in a large skillet or medium pot. Cook over medium heat until hot throughout, stirring occasionally.

  3. Once al dente, remove the noodles from the heat source and strain. Do not rinse.

  4. Turn off your burners and dish up desired portions of noodles.

  5. Top generously with sauce and devour.

  6. Tip: For a healthy, filling addition, add frozen green peas to the sauce!
